Case Studies
A closer look at how Nimbus supports real businesses: what they needed, what we did and what we delivered.
Case Study 1: Grand Serene Massage
Client & context
Grand Serene Massage is a new massage studio at 1 Old Country Road, Suite 102, Garden City, NY, with the tagline “The healing touch you deserve.” The studio’s grand opening is on November 2, 2026.
The challenge
As a brand-new studio, Grand Serene needed to build local awareness and first bookings before opening day, and to connect with the businesses and organizations around it.
What Nimbus did
Researched local prospects in Garden City and nearby Mineola and Westbury, including corporate wellness targets, the chamber of commerce, referral partners (a TMJ practice, fitness studios and salons), event venues and hotels.
Wrote and sent about 50 personalized cold outreach emails across two rounds, with the client copied on each.
Built an opening offer, 10% off the first visit with code Grand10, that sends people to the studio’s Vagaro online booking.
Set up reply tracking and follow-ups.
Cleaned the list, replacing bounced addresses with verified contacts.
Deliverables
A 10-page grand-opening marketing kit: Google Business Profile copy and posts, a Facebook event, an 11-post social content calendar, Meta ad copy, review-request scripts, referral and corporate-wellness pitches, and an opening-day checklist
A printable grand-opening flyer
A researched local prospect list and two rounds of personalized outreach
Results
Early response: the Garden City Chamber of Commerce replied and invited the studio to join the Chamber.
